The MAT was formed in May 1999 as a result of the conflict in Kosovo. A Guernsey based charitable trust; we depend on outside funding to implement our programmes. MAT's head office is situated in the premises of Specsavers Optical Group in the heart of Guernsey, British Channel Islands.
